We had the honor of having our National
President-Elect, Jane Densch, in attendance. We also enjoyed some special distinguished guests:
Joi Wilson, immediate Past National President, Jenelle Duffy, Past National President, our very own Cheryl Krier, Past
National President and Past RVP, A. Marie Yarbor.
An added bonus was our keynote speaker, Tom Crawford.
Always a tremendous support to IAIP, Mr. Crawford donated two registrations to National Convention.
The lucky winners were Sean McCormick of the San Francisco Chapter of NAIW and Bruce Quinn, of the Las Vegas Insurance
Professionals.
We celebrated with the Perils of Pin City Bowling Tournament, the highlights of which
had to be the great shirts and creative team names. Many guests at the closing banquet strutted Swanky
Speakeasy style, which made for extra fun.
The CWC Competition is always a highpoint of our conference.
We will be well represented at National Convention by a stellar contender, Mariah Williams, from the Honolulu Association
of Insurance Professionals.
During the business sessions, your delegates declared that our members
did not wish to have the motions regarding the dues structure and one-member/one-vote brought forward at the National Convention
in June. Your delegates also elected Katharine Nohr, JD, of the Honolulu Association of Insurance Professionals,
as your RVP-Elect.
There is still time to register for National – the Early Bird registration
has been extended. There is also an early membership renewal offer. Check out the IAIP
website for these offers.
